a) That my child and I will abide by and support all the rules, code of conduct and regulations of the school.

b) To pay all the school fees and deposits promptly as requested.

c) To ensure that my child wears the official school uniform.

d) To accept all the decisions of the school directors.





All students are on academic and behavioral probation for their first three months as Al-Ahram student. I hereby promise to notify the school of any changes in the family's address, telephone, contact or other information.





Once registered, it is important to inform the school by letter or phone call of any student's absences

Transfer within Egypt



• Original Birth Certificate – computer generated (Egyptian students)

• 12 recent personal size photographs with the name of the student written on.

• Original academic stamped records/reports from previous schools (Last 2 academic years)

• A certificate testifying to the promotion of your child from one year to another, issued by the Ministry of Education, Educational Department (New SOHAG City)

• Photocopy of passport (Non-Egyptian Students)

• Photocopies of the father’s ID and mother’s ID

• Applicant’s behavior reference letter

• Enrollment certificate and Certificate for Kindergarten

• Transfer request form stamped from both the school transferring from and the educational department (Previous school).

• Electronic Transfer from your child previous school.

Note: Concerning gr. 12 transfers, please provide TWO COPIES of a certificate testifying the promotion of your child for gr. 9, gr. 10, and gr. 11.

Our school will not stamp the transfer papers unless you provide the certificate testifying the promotion of your child from educational department.

Transfer From Outside Egypt



• 12 recent personal size photographs

• A certificate testifying to the promotion of your child from one year to another stamped from the Egyptian consulate.

• Attendance Statement from the previous school and previous years’ school reports (Both must be stamped by the Ministry of Education in the country you are transferring from and then from the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

• Obtaining an admission letter from the Ministry of Education (Department of Private Education) for Egyptians and Foreign Students.

Note: Please indicate in the educational department that your child has an exemption of Arabic subjects.
